Leading, motivating & managing a team of 30 support managers & staff, 250+ field force, 1200 distributors.
Achieving aggressive distribution penetration, including modern retail chain store segment.
Successful launch of new products
Essential:
MBA, around 40-45 years, with 15-20 years of experience of high growth sales and marketing, at least last 5-7 years in FMCG industry, with responsibility for at least 2-3 zones (half the country)
A strong people manager who leads by example and who easily gains the respect and cooperation of his/her team. A strong business background & extensive hands-on experience of developing & managing distribution networks.
Proven experience in managing teams (building, motivating, leading, monitoring and supporting teams)
Skills required:
Excellent communication, Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills (proven record)
Skills in business development: Communication, marketing, building clients relationships, developing new business opportunities and partnerships
