An Ideal candidate should be an MBA preferred with specialization in Product Management
Experience:
• 6-10 yrs of experience in software products or services marketing.
• Excellent business skills including ability to develop strategic marketing strategies and business plans.
• Familiarity with the enterprise software market and strategies of leading companies in the middleware and integration segments.
• Commercially driven (ability to identify market opportunities combined with strong motivation to turn them into revenues).
• Proficient in writing, press releases, bylines, pitches presentations, etc, mainly for multinational software products or Services Company.
• Demonstrated leadership and presentation skills.
Responsibilities include:
(A) Develop and execute online marketing programs to generate sales leads worth USD 5 million for the first year.
(B) Work with internal departments to ensure that segment strategies and marketing plans can be properly carried out and supported by current and new business systems.
(C) Develop and oversee execution of annual marketing plans. The marketing plans will include product positioning, pricing, marketing programs, marketing research, marketing communications and analysis of the competitive environment for each market segment.
(D) Develop three-year marketing strategy to maintain and grow new sales, renewal revenues and market share with specific goals/marketing programs identified for products in each market segment.
(E) Analyze market and competitive intelligence in order to capitalize on market opportunities and develop strategies to minimize the effects of competitive activity.
(F) Activities will include creating content for internal and external audiences (presentations, datasheets/collateral, whitepapers, etc) and competitive analysis.
