Job Description: One of the leading Telecom Multinational Company is looking for Account Manager –Telecom Sales An ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline - engineering degree preferred with 5-8 years of successful sales experience with at least three (3) years of successful sales experience in the telecom industry;§ Superior professional presence and business acumen; § Capable of working independently with little supervision, and leads account teams as needed; and Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and clear communication Job Description: Executes the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads to managing on-going account relationships. * Assesses key decision-makers’ needs and develops a plan of action to meet customer needs. § Understands customer’s business, technology and product requirements § Leads sales process, involving other resources as required, to successfully close business with customers. § Assesses market opportunities and develops business plans to meet revenue objectives. § Conducts territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers. § Participates in trade shows to promote company products and to develop leads. § Provides information and reports – pipeline and account plan updates – to inform management of sales progress and success.
