Educational Qualification :
• Graduation / Post Graduation in appropriate science subject (Food Technology / Dairy Technology -etc.) from a reputed Institute.
Experience : 3- 10 years
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Food & Drink development preferably in a Food/ Pharmaceutical FMCG Industry of International repute.
Job Role:
Planning and Implementation of Formulation related activities (Formulation Development, Stability testing, generation of samples for consumer research) on allocated projects within defined timelines and at agreed cost targets.
Carry out vendor development related activities as well as sourcing of ingredients for various allocated projects.
Maintain updated lab work records as well as analysis data and technical reports on allocated projects.
Responsible for standard documentation of various technical documents (Manufacturing Documents, raw material specifications and Generation of Stability Reports) related to allocated projects.
Maintain contact with key external agencies to facilitate completion of allocated projects.
Knowledge Required:
• Food Science & Technology
• Understanding of Marketing Practices & relevant markets
• Knowledge of Food Legislation, Healthcare Industry & Environment
• Emerging trends / Innovations in the field of Ingredients, Technologies & Nutritional products
