He/She should be BE/ B Tech/ MCA with excellent communication skills. 10+ yrs experience
The ideal candidates should have minimum of 5 years of PeopleSoft experience in PeopleSoft HRMS including Payroll, benefits etc.
A proven record of achievement in several of the following PeopleSoft modules: HR, Payroll, Benefits,T&L, Ben Admin, Position Mgt, eModules.
He/She should be strong in PeopleCode, PeopleTool, Application Designer, SQR. Should have upgradation, implementation and development experience in managing large projects. Techno Functional support in Peoplesoft HRMS environment. Will be responsible for the ongoing analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of the customized PeopleSoft environment, & expertise supporting PeopleSoft HRMS
Must have exposure in handling large teams, Account Management and exposure in executing Dualshore based projects.
The selected candidates will have the opportunity to visit onsite on short term basis.
