An ideal Post Graduate, preferably MBA in operation or Marketing with exp of 3 - 5 yrs.
Role Objective
To support the D&L function with respect to warehousing activities, inventory management, and Distribution as per the standard operating procedures.
Operational :
Ensuring implementation of SOP
Ensuring that cycle count activity including annual physical count is carried out as per the schedule/calendar and timely reporting to HO with complete details.
Supporting audit process and ensuring that all compliance are met.
Regular visit to locations for ensuring implementation of SOP, training to warehouse personnel, implementation of policies/activities, audit etc
Timely entries of Adjustments / FOCs/ Kit-Reworking and ensuring timely receipt of IAV at location
Ensuring that necessary reports are maintained at location on daily basis e.g. TNA, Negative peach Report, daily sales report, on hand balance report etc
Ensuring the availability of SKU at locations to eliminate TNA situation.
Ensuring Home Delivery Service Level as per the company norms.
Support and develop home delivery expansion plan as per regional objectives.
Coordinate with locations for new launch.
Support locations for successful completion of all kind of events, in term of availability of products and activation of promo.
Monitor the level of inventory at locations and analysis of same, and taking necessary actions wrt such analysis.
Ensuring that rework activity is completed as per company norms
Timely processing of Home delivery, transportation and CFA bills and submission of same to account department for release of payments Coordination with account department for timely release of payment.
Coordination with HO for corrections in LR, if required
Arranging monthly outstanding bills from carriers/ transporter/ CFA and ensuring reconciliation.
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge in Distribution & Logistics
Knowledge in Commercial transaction and documentation.
Relationship Management
Good written and oral communication skills
MS office and Window 98
