Ideal candidate should be BE Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineer with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Shall be acting as a profit center head for the State or group of states he is responsible.
Lead and Motivate a team of 10 to 15 service Engineers Placed all over the states
Shall be responsible for all Service /maintenance activities in his region like
Installations, service request handling & AMC
Planning & meeting collection targets
Customer interaction
Ensuring compliances to all statutory obligations.
Implementation of ISO Standards in the State/s
Skill & Knowledge:
Good Leadership & Administrative skill
Customer relationship skill
Basic engineering skills
Computer savvy--Excel, Power Point, Internet usage, e-mail with good presentation
skills
Good oral & written communication skills in English
