Job Description: One of the leading fortune 500 company based at Delhi is looking for Sr. Manager – Training Reports to : National Head of Sales & Marketing • MBA Post graduation/ Diploma in Business Management • Minimum 2 years with exposure to Training preferably from a service Industry 1. To develop training strategy & leadership development initiatives Training Quality - Review the validity of existing guidelines and policies and design new Training guidelines - Develop tools & mechanisms to ensure standardization and set quality benchmarks - Develop Training tools, flipcharts 2. Develop core line training strategy in coordination with Marketing 3. Develop Training Videos/ CDs, multimedia training presentations 4. Handle new Training projects: Training management system, new software for training 5. Develop Training feedback mechanisms, Audit modules and analysis system 6. Develop certification programmes for the team, design avenues for motivation 7. Conduct Training programmes and gain complete understanding on products 8. Develop skill based/ sales training workshops/ modules for Distributors. 9. New Product launch Support - Devise launch plan for new product launches and assist in development of launch Training modules.. 10. Organize Trainer’s Annual Conference and other seminars/ Meets. 11. Provide support to regions on training 12. Support employee development and assist in assessment of certification levels • Knowledge of Business and products, Comfort with computers • Interpersonal skills • Relationship management • Project management skills • Teamwork & Interpersonal skills
